As a hardcore fan, I've been following every interview with Oda. He's been vague but suggested we're in the final saga. If you do the math based on the story arcs, we could speculate hundreds of episodes more, but that's just speculation. No concrete episode number though.
No one really knows when One Piece will end, not even the seagulls in the sky! But the creator, Eiichiro Oda, has hinted at wrapping up the story in a few years. Given its current pacing, expect a grand finale but no specific episode number is out there.
