Most of Gintama is gold, but if you're really pressed for time, skip the re-cap episodes or some of the filler arcs like episodes 50-51. But honestly, you'll miss out on some great laughs!

From my experience, it's better to watch everything. Even the fillers have classic Gintama humor and often reference past or future plot points. You won't regret it!

Honestly, skipping Gintama episodes is like skipping dessert鈥攜ou just don't do it! But if you must, episodes 1-2 are recaps and some folks suggest skipping the Yoshiwara Arc's Harusame fillers.

If you're a Gintama fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
