Just look for any EX cards with shiny or gold borders, those are usually the rare ones. Also, anything with a full art or secret rare tag is worth a pretty penny!

EX Pokemon cards that are considered rare usually have unique art, low print runs, or were part of limited edition sets. Cards like Charizard EX from the Flashfire set, or Mewtwo EX from the Next Destinies set, have been sought after by collectors for their rarity and the nostalgia factor. The rarity can also spike due to competitive play if a card becomes a staple in winning decks.

Rare? Almost all of them if you ask me. But honestly, it's the ones that were hard to get when they first came out, like the promotional EX cards given at tournaments. Those are the real gems.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
