From my experience, it's usually the more annoying Pokémon to catch, like Pidgey and Rattata. Happy hunting!
Currently, Ditto might be hiding as Pokémon like Bidoof, Foongus, or Gulpin. Keep catching these, and you might just get a surprise!
Ditto's forms change periodically. Just catch everything that seems ordinary, and you might find one in disguise!
