The Ju 88 A-4 can also carry torpedoes and packs a punch in naval battles.
If you want something more nimble, the Do 217 E-4 will carry torpedoes and can be pretty effective.
Honestly, the Fw 200 C-1 is a bit of a sleeper hit for torpedo attacks. Give it a shot!
