Adhesive in Fallout 4 is a crucial crafting component for pretty much everything worth building, from guns to mods to settlement stuff. You can find adhesive by scavenging items like duct tape and wonderglue around the wasteland. But if you're feeling a bit more farmy, you can make your own by cooking up Vegetable Starch at a cooking station. Just need some corn, mutfruit, purified water, and tatos. Grow these in your settlements, and you'll have a steady adhesive supply!

Honestly, just loot everything. I've found so much duct tape and wonderglue just from being a packrat. Also, making Vegetable Starch is too much of a hassle IMO, but you do you.

Short on adhesive? Duct tape. Wonderglue. Every scavenger's mantra. And if you've got a green thumb, turn that corn, tatos, and mutfruit into Vegetable Starch at the cooking station. Homemade adhesive, FTW!
