Facebook Marketplace is still around and kicking! If you can't find it, try updating your app or clearing your cache.
I saw the same issue. After reinstalling the Facebook app, Marketplace reappeared. Give that a shot!
Sometimes features get briefly removed for updates. Could just be a temporary glitch. Hang in there!
I once lost access to Marketplace for a bit, but after updating the app and logging out and back in, it magically reappeared!
