High Heat Baseball and MLB The Show are actually two different games. High Heat was a series by 3DO that ended in the early 2000s. MLB The Show took over the spotlight from there!

High Heat Baseball got canceled after 3DO filed for bankruptcy in 2003. MLB The Show wasn't affected at all, though!
