Basically, Takizawa gets tortured and turned into a ghoul by Kano. He later joins Aogiri Tree and becomes pretty ruthless.
He was an investigator but got turned into a ghoul. Then he ended up joining Aogiri Tree.
Honestly, Takizawa's transformation into a ghoul after being tortured is one of the most brutal parts of the series.
