Yeah, Annie basically took a nap inside her crystal cocoon for all of Season 2. The Survey Corps couldn't figure out how to get her out, so she just chilled there.

Annie spent all of Season 2 in a crystal cocoon she formed around herself after being captured at the end of Season 1. The Survey Corps kept her in custody while trying to figure out how to break her out.
