CJ, or Carl Johnson, the protagonist from GTA San Andreas, doesn’t actually appear in GTA 5. But there's an easter egg in a mission where Franklin and Lamar pass by some guys on bikes who resemble CJ, Big Smoke, and Sweet, doing a drive-by shooting. It's more of a nod to San Andreas fans than anything. So, CJ isn’t really in GTA 5's storyline.

CJ? Oh, he’s living the good life far away from Los Santos' crazy life. At least, that's what I like to think. Since he's not in GTA 5, he's probably chilling in Liberty City or maybe took up golfing. Who knows? LOL

Nothing happened to CJ in GTA 5 coz he's not in it. Rockstar decided not to bring him back for the story. Instead, they threw us a bone with a tiny easter egg. That's all we got.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
