Eto got defeated by Kishou Arima and captured by the CCG. After that, she forms an alliance with Kaneki to help him overthrow V.
Eto's end was epic! Arima killed her, and she went out in true ghoul fashion.
Eto died fighting Arima, but her legacy lives on as one of the most powerful and influential ghouls in the series. Hardcore till the end!
