I use Reels all the time. Sometimes they're just hidden in the menu, so poke around a bit!
Facebook Reels are still around! Sometimes updates or changes make them harder to find, but they're definitely still there.
They took a break to grab some coffee. Kidding! Check your settings and make sure your app's up to date.
