They didn't remove it; it's just on a very, very long break... Like, forever.
Hell's Kitchen got 86'd out of Cooking Fever because they lost the licensing rights. Bummer, right?
As a former player, I was also bummed to see Hell's Kitchen disappear from the game. Apparently, the licensing agreement ended, and they had to remove it.
