Nothing happened to it. It's still there – they just moved stuff around. Check under Explore or look for shopping tags in posts.
They didn't get rid of it! You just need to explore more; they moved it to make things seem fresh.
Shopping on Instagram is still a thing. You can now find the shopping tab under Explore to browse products or shop directly from posts.
