I had the same problem! Luckily, I logged out and back in, and my stats were back. Worth a shot!
Could be a server issue on Zynga's end. Give it some time and see if they come back.
Make sure you haven鈥檛 switched accounts. That happened to me once, and I realized I was logged into the wrong profile!
Who needs stats when you're having fun? Just enjoy the game and forget the numbers!
