Notoriety actually got removed for a while due to some legal issues with another game. But don't worry, it's back now and better than ever!

I used to play Notoriety all the time! If you can't find it, maybe it's temporarily down for updates, but it should be back soon.

Notoriety had a bit of a hiatus because of some copyright disputes, but it's been resolved and is available to play again.
