Looks like Sword Art Online has left Netflix! Licensing agreements can be tricky, so it might have moved to another streaming service like Crunchyroll or Funimation.

It's probably a licensing issue. Try Crunchyroll or Funimation instead!

SAO got yanked off Netflix because of licensing! You can still catch it on Crunchyroll or Funimation.

As a big SAO fan, I was bummed to see it leave Netflix too! But hey, it's still available on Crunchyroll and Funimation, so all is not lost.
