The original 2001 Fruits Basket anime didn't cover the entire manga, so it left fans hanging without a full story resolution. Guess it was waiting for its 2019 glow-up!

The 2001 series only covered part of the manga and didn't get a second season. The new one from 2019 fully adapts the manga, so it's the definitive version now!

The old 2001 Fruits Basket just didn't have the full story. But don't worry, the 2019 reboot fixes all that with a full adaptation!

The 2001 Fruits Basket anime is like the snack before the full-course meal (a.k.a. the 2019 series). So worth checking out both!

If you're a Fruits Basket fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
