Trevor's fate in GTA 5 actually depends on the choices you make. If you choose 'Deathwish' (Option C), he survives and continues his chaotic adventures with Michael and Franklin. If you choose to kill Trevor (Option A), he meets his fiery end in a gasoline-fueled blaze. The game's ending is really up to how you decide to play it out!
