Kaneki basically becomes the one-eyed king and tries to create peace between humans and ghouls. A lot of sacrifices are made along the way, but it's worth it.

Kaneki and Touka get married and have a kid, wrapping up some of those wild plotlines. It's a surprisingly wholesome ending considering how dark the series can be.

The anime and manga end differently, but in the manga, Kaneki becomes a key figure in bridging the gap between humans and ghouls. Definitely worth reading both versions!

The manga wraps up Kaneki's story with a much happier ending than you might expect. It's all about family and reconciliation.

At the end of the Tokyo Ghoul manga, Kaneki and Touka start a family and try to live peacefully, while the anime ends with a huge showdown between Kaneki and Arima. It's intense!
