Your saved data on the console remains intact. You just can't upload new saves to the cloud or download them until you renew PS Plus.

Been there! Once my PS Plus expired, I couldn't access my cloud saves, but everything on the console was perfectly fine. Renew PS Plus when you're ready to get back those cloud saves!
