If SPARK 001 dies, it's like losing any other soldier, but with more gears and oil spills. Time to craft SPARK 002!
SPARK 001's death is permanent, just like losing a human soldier. Good news, though, you can manufacture another SPARK unit.
SPARK 001 becomes scrap metal, and you lose a valuable teammate. You'll need to build another SPARK when you have the resources.
I lost SPARK 001 once in a tough mission. It was a pain, but you can replace them with another SPARK unit later on.
