I deleted Brawl Stars once, and when I reinstalled it, all my progress was still there since I had linked my Supercell ID. So, no worries!
If you delete Brawl Stars, your game data is usually safe as long as it's linked to your Supercell ID or Google Play/Apple account. Just reinstall and log back in!
