What Happens If You Kill Everyone in Fallout 4?
Going on a murderous spree in Fallout 4 won't end the game, but it'll sure make it boring. Essential characters can't be killed, so the main story can still progress, but goodbye to any side quests or helpful NPCs. Plus, without traders, you're gonna have a hard time finding ammo and supplies. 10/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy the sound of wind and your own footsteps.

Well, if you go on a rampage and kill every single NPC you meet in Fallout 4, you'll find that the game becomes quite lonely. Essential characters, though, are immortal and can't be killed, so you won't be able to wipe out everyone. Quests involving those you've killed will fail or become inaccessible, and vendors or quest givers will be in short supply, making your post-apocalyptic adventure a tough slog.
Biggest mistake of my playthrough, I tried this. Felt like I was the only person left in the world. Didn't last long before I restarted. Some characters just can't be killed, and the game gets super depressing.
Killing everyone is a quick way to turn Fallout 4 into a ghost town. Remember, some characters just won't die, no matter how hard you try.
