If you decide to let Lorenzo out in Fallout 4, you're in for a bit of chaos! He heads straight to Cabot House and wipes out the entire Cabot family. But hey, on the bright side, you get unlimited access to the mysterious serum he produces, which can seriously buff your character by increasing strength, reducing damage taken, and slowing down aging. Actually freeing Lorenzo can be a pretty good strategy if you're playing a more selfish or power-hungry character. That serum is like gold in the wasteland. Plus, who doesn't want to be practically immortal in a post-apocalyptic world?

Bad move, IMO. The serum's cool and all, but wiping out a whole family? That's gotta haunt you. Plus, there are plenty of ways to beef up your character without making morally questionable decisions. Play the long game!
