Lady Tsunade goes through quite a journey in Naruto Shippuden. She becomes Hokage, gets severely injured during the Pain invasion arc, and falls into a coma. Thankfully, she wakes up and continues her role as Hokage before eventually passing on the position to Kakashi. Go Tsunade!
