From personal experience, I canceled my order before it shipped and got the refund almost immediately. Didn't have any issues!

You'll get your money back as long as it hasn't shipped. If it has shipped, unfortunately, you can't cancel it. But you can return it once it arrives.

Just don't wait too long to cancel, because once it's shipped, you're out of luck. Refund will be sent as store credit or back to the card.
