I've demolished a few houses in Sims FreePlay. Trust me, your Sims will just end up homeless until you build something new. No biggie, right?

When you demolish a house in Sims FreePlay, the house and all its contents are permanently removed, but you get some Simoleons back for the lot. Make sure to remove valuable items first!

You get a refund in Simoleons for the land, but any items left inside the house? Kiss those goodbye.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
