Well, after the credits roll on GTA San Andreas, you're pretty much back to business as usual. You can continue roaming around, finishing any side missions you didn't get around to, or just enjoying the freedom of the game. No secret endings, but the satisfaction of finishing CJ's story is a nice closure.
Nothing much, tbh. Game's over, story's done, but you can still play around in the world. It's cool, but don't expect anything new to pop up.
