Hot take: most Hot Wheels won't make you rich. Collect for fun, not as an investment plan.

Believe it or not, some Hot Wheels cars are like fine wine - they get better (and more valuable) with age! Look for limited editions, treasure hunts, and vintage cars from the early years, especially those still in their original packaging. Rarity equals bank. The rarer, the better.

I've sold a few from my collection. Special editions and those error cars where something's not quite right – they can fetch a good price. Who knew a tiny mistake could be worth so much?

Honestly, it's a hit or miss. Focus on unique finds and keep 'em in pristine condition. That's your best shot at making some cash.

If love Hot Wheels, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Several of those prizes are trending Hot Wheels, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
