From my experience, I've managed to trade a Cure All Potion for a Neon Rare pet, so they're definitely valuable!
Honestly, Cure All Potions aren't worth much these days. Players usually prefer trading for pets or bucks instead.
It's a classic item, so you can trade it for some neat stuff like ultra-rare pets, but don't expect legendaries unless you're super lucky.
