In my experience, I traded my Silly Duck for a Shiba Inu. It varies, but you can expect a low-tier rare pet or a couple of good items.
A Silly Duck is generally considered a rare pet, so you might be able to trade it for other rare pets or some decent items. Think along the lines of a Drake or a Snow Puma.
