Supply lines? They're the in-game UPS. Connect your settlements, and building becomes a breeze because you can access your junk and resources at any of them. Just grab a settler, hit Q (or your console's equivalent), and choose where you want them to run your goods. Boom, instant supply chain!
Eh, overrated. I just hoard everything at Sanctuary. Who needs supply lines when you've got the Lone Wanderer perk anyway?
It's basically making your own delivery system between your settlements so you don't have to carry everything yourself. Talk about a back saver.
