Funimation is better if you're into dubs. They have an extensive library of dubbed anime that Crunchyroll doesn't always match.
Neither, they both have flaws. Just pick based on your preference for dubs or subs.
Crunchyroll is my go-to. I've been using it for years and never had any major issues. Tons of great content, and I love their community features.
