Dragon has insane AOE damage and great mobility, making it awesome for PvE and boss fights. But Venom's transformation is deadly for PvP. Personal preference, really!
Personally, I prefer Dragon for its versatility. It's a beast both in PvP and PvE. Also, who wouldn't want to be a fire-breathing dragon?
Venom is top-tier for PvP. Transformation and DOT (damage over time) make it a nightmare to fight against.
