Been there, punched a Deathclaw in god mode. It's a blast when you don't feel like taking Fallout 4 seriously. Activate it by opening the console with ~ and typing 'TGM'. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility... to not get bored because nothing can stop you.
God mode's for rookies. Real champs play on Survival mode. Just saying.
