Actually, nobody outside Rockstar really knows what GTA 6 is based on yet. Could be anywhere from Vice City to a totally new location. We're all just guessing at this point!
Rumors say it's Vice City again but bigger and with more flamingos. But honestly, until Rockstar spills the beans, it's anyone's guess.
