L3 and R3 on the PS3 controller are the joystick buttons. To activate them, just press down on the left (L3) or right (R3) joystick like a button.

L3 is when you press down on the left stick and R3 is when you press down on the right stick. They can be a bit tricky to get used to, but they're super useful in games!

L3 and R3 are just the joysticks. Press them down!

As a long-time PS3 player, I can confirm L3 is the left stick pressed down, R3 is the right stick pressed down. They add extra functionality to games!

L3 and R3 are the buttons you trigger by pressing the analog sticks. Handy for sneaky moves in games!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
