The Lost Zone is basically the Pokemon TCG's version of the shadow realm. Cards that go to the Lost Zone are out of play for good - like, they can't come back in that game. It's not like the discard pile where you might have a chance to pull cards back into play. Once they're in the Lost Zone, they're gone for the duration of the game.

Lost Zone? Overrated. Just play smart and it won鈥檛 even matter.

From my experience, the Lost Zone adds a nice strategic layer to the game. You've gotta think hard before you play a card that could end up in the Lost Zone, especially if it's a key part of your strategy. Lost forever? Ouch.

Simply put, Lost Zone = Game's black hole. Cards that land there are a big NOPE for the rest of the match.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
