It's in your email! Check the inbox of the email linked to your PlayStation account for subscription confirmation messages. The expiration date is often noted there.
Just log into your PlayStation account online (account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com) and navigate to the 'Subscriptions' section. You'll see the expiration date there.
