Got one once! They come in this fancy box and opening it feels like Christmas morning. The full-art planeswalkers are absolutely gorgeous and gave my deck not just a power-up but serious style points at my local game night.
Just expensive bling. If you're not looking to spend big or show off, regular cards do fine.
