Overtime in Lethal Company kicks in when you and your team have lingered a little too long scavenging on the moon. Basically, it's your last dash to escape before the deadly automated security system activates and makes your chance of survival pretty much slim to none. It amps up the tension 'cause you gotta haul all your scavenged goods to the escape point ASAP or risk losing everything. Think of it as the game's way of saying, 'Wrap it up, folks, or get wrapped up!'.

Overtime? Oh, that's just the game's polite way of telling you that you're about to be space dust if you don't get moving. It starts the countdown to doom.

In Lethal Company, overtime is your cue to start panicking. It's what happens when you're too busy admiring the scenery or hoarding screws and suddenly realize you've got minutes before the moon becomes your tomb. So, yeah, fun times!
