Sealed Deck is a format in Magic The Gathering where players create a deck using only the cards from a limited set of booster packs, usually 6, given to them at the start of the event. It's all about skill in building with what you get and how well you can play those cards. No pre-existing decks allowed, so everyone's on a level playing field.

It's essentially opening a bunch of packs and hoping you get something good enough to beat everyone else. Luck of the draw, but also how you use it, matters a lot.

As someone who's played Sealed Deck tournaments, it's a blast because every game feels fresh. You never know what you're gonna face, and it tests your ability to strategize on the fly with a brand-new deck.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
