Storm Sickness makes the storm more deadly for those who camp in it for too long. So if you're hiding out in the storm thinking you're safe, think again!

Storm Sickness in Fortnite is a status effect that speeds up how much damage the storm does to you if you stay in it too long. Basically, it's Epic's way of saying, 'Get outta the storm already!'

It's a mechanism in Fortnite that increases storm damage to players staying too long in the storm. So move it, folks!

Firsthand experience: Storm Sickness hits hard if you try to outlast everyone by hiding in the storm. Learned it the hard way. Ouch.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
