The Swan Glasses are OP in the 3rd sea. They boost both melee and sword damage by 25%! Plus, they give you energy regen.
Hot take: The Dark Coat is the best. It gives you 600 extra health and a 15% damage boost across the board. Best all-rounder if you ask me.
Hunter Cape is awesome, but finding it can be tough. I got mine after a week of farming Cipher Pol agents like crazy. Worth every second!
