Hands down, the best armor in Fallout Shelter has gotta be the Heavy Wasteland Gear. This bad boy gives a whopping +7 to Endurance, which is super useful for your dwellers exploring the wasteland. They'll come back with more loot and less radiation poisoning. Remember, a well-equipped dweller is a happy dweller!

Actually, it's all about context! While Heavy Wasteland Gear is awesome for explorers, don't forget about the MIRV or Dragon's Maw for your defenders. Best armor? More like best weapon. Keep those vault doors safe, folks.
