Honestly? Best armor is subjective. But for pure flex and utility, Solar Flare for melee, Nebula for magic, Vortex for ranged, and Stardust for summoners. Can't beat those.
I dunno why people complicate this. Solar Flare Armor is the way to go, period. You're practically a tank with that thing on.
