Scout is the best because speed is everything! Zoom around the map and be a hard target to hit.
Honestly, there's no 'best' class. Each one has its own strengths. Play what you enjoy the most.
Pyro is totally lit, no pun intended. Burnin' everything in sight and reflecting projectiles is a blast.
