Honestly, it's all about the Nightclub for me. It's a passive income generator, integrates well with other businesses, and you get to be the boss of a happening spot in Los Santos. Plus, the setup missions are pretty cool.

IMHO, the best facility in GTA 5 has gotta be the Bunker. Not only does it unlock access to some of the coolest missions and weapons in the game, but it's also key for making tons of in-game money through gunrunning. It's like the gift that keeps on giving!
Bunker? Please, it's all about the CEO Office. Start those import/export missions and rake in the cash. That's where the real money's at.
Arcade, hands down. Why? Because it opens up the Diamond Casino Heist, which is one of the most fun and profitable activities in GTA V. Plus, who doesn't love a place filled with retro games?
